We are looking for The Delivery Operations Manager Major Projects (DOM MP) is responsible for leading the safe high-quality and profitable executionof large and complex elevator and escalator projects. The role ensures on-time delivery customer satisfaction and business performance while driving operational excellence risk control and team competence within the major projects segment
What will you do
- Ensure Safety and Qualityare fully embedded across all major project operations.
- Manage the end-to-end deliveryof large-scale and technically complex projects ensuring adherence to schedule budget and scope.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations teamof Project Managers Engineers and Supervisors.
- Oversee installation capacity subcontractor performance and resource optimizationto meet project milestones.
- Drive proactive financial controlby monitoring CM2 cost-to-complete and project profitability; take early corrective actions when needed.
- Conduct regular site visits and performance reviewsto ensure compliance with KONE installation standards and Lean principles.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Engineering Sourcing and Serviceto ensure seamless project execution and handover.
- Manage client relationships contractual obligations and escalations ensuring professional communication and issue resolution.
- Promote continuous improvement standardization of best practices and productivity enhancement across all major projects.
- Support business planning forecasting and portfolio performance reportingto management.
Are you the one
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering.
10 yearsof experience in project management or operations within the elevator and escalator industry including at least 5 years handling major or complex projects.
Proven track record in managing large teams budgets and subcontractorson high-value construction projects.
Strong commercial awareness and cost management capability.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Lean / Continuous Improvementprinciples is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
