Customer Support Representative Croatian & English

Location: Athens Greece (on-site)

Starting Date: 2 January 2026

Contract Type: Temporary 8 months

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday 09:0019:00

Gross Salary: 1200/month

OVERVIEW

Your Role as a Bilingual Customer Advisor:

  • Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries questions and feedback in the customer services database.
  • Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the companys complaint escalation policy.
  • Handle all support calls and emails within agreed SLAs ensuring tracking and proper resolution.
  • Troubleshoot issues using open questions support documentation and system training materials.
  • Offer clear recommendations and solutions to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Native or fluent Croatian;
  • English level: C1 (advanced).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Important Relocation Information

  • For candidates already based in Greece no standard relocation package is offered.
  • Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens at least 7 days before the starting date to complete hiring documentation.
  • Relocated staff must work on-site for at least 3 months except if they already have housing and reliable internet in Greece.
  • After the 3 weeks of hotel accommodation there is no assistance with real estate agencies.
  • Up to 300 relocation support is provided with the first salary payment.
  • Legal assistance provided for hiring and residence document setup.

Not Included:

  • Flight ticket reimbursement (up to 300 Gross with first payment).
  • Airport pick-up.
  • Transportation from the airport to the provided hotel.
