Job Summary

Senior UI/UX Designer

Were looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design processes from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery ensuring every detail aligns with functionality aesthetics and brand identity.

As a key member of our product team youll collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to translate business goals into meaningful intuitive user experiences. Youll also play a vital role in mentoring junior designers and shaping our design culture.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to gather actionable insights.

Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs.

Define and maintain design systems style guides and reusable components.

Design intuitive visually consistent and accessible interfaces across web mobile and desktop platforms.

Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet WCAG accessibility standards.

Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred but not mandatory).

3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in fast-paced product or digital environments.

Proven record of delivering successful digital products with strong user engagement.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision).

Strong portfolio showcasing user flows wireframes and final designs.

Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills.
