Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $36 $46/hour
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (Telemetry Stepdown)for an exciting job in Cincinnati OH.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver age-appropriate and culturally sensitive patient care and education.
Perform comprehensive assessments and implement evidence-based nursing interventions.
Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
Conduct cardiac monitoring and manage titration of intravenous medications.
Assist with sedation management during cardioversion procedures.
Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain clinical competence through ongoing training and professional development.
Demonstrate adaptability in a diverse and evolving healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications:
Nursing diploma or associate degree (BSN preferred).
Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
