Key Responsibilities

Execute various welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints welding symbols and engineering drawings.
Inspect finished welds for quality integrity and adherence to standards.
Operate and maintain welding equipment tools and machinery.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
Prepare materials for welding including cutting grinding and fitting.
Fabricate assemble and repair metal structures and components.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in various welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
Strong understanding and strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Possession of AWS certification (e.g. D1.1 D1.2 D1.3) or equivalent.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining welding equipment and related tools.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with advanced welding techniques (e.g. orbital laser) or exotic materials.
Proficiency in basic fabrication skills (cutting grinding fitting).
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and weld symbols.
Familiarity with robotic or automated welding systems.
Basic welding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
