Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
Operate various welding equipment (e.g. MIG TIG Stick) to join metal components.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts according to specifications.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality strength and compliance with standards.
Perform grinding deburring and finishing operations on welded products.
Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g. MIG TIG Stick) and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Experience operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
Physical dexterity good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform tasks requiring standing bending and lifting.
Relevant welding certification (e.g. AWS ASME) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with robotic welding or other automated welding processes
Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
Proficiency in interpreting complex engineering blueprints and weld symbols
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of welding equipment
