Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
- Operate various welding equipment (e.g. MIG TIG Stick) to join metal components.

- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality strength and compliance with standards.
- Perform grinding deburring and finishing operations on welded products.
- Maintain welding equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g. MIG TIG Stick) and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
- Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Experience operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
- Physical dexterity good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform tasks requiring standing bending and lifting.
- Relevant welding certification (e.g. AWS ASME) preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with robotic welding or other automated welding processes
- Forklift and/or overhead crane certification
- Proficiency in interpreting complex engineering blueprints and weld symbols
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of welding equipment
