Key Responsibilities

Perform various welding processes (MIG TIG Stick) on metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality strength and compliance with specifications.
Prepare materials for welding by cleaning grinding and positioning.
Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools safely and effectively.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and products as required.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in MIG TIG and Stick welding processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and welding symbols.
AWS certifications (e.g. D1.1 D1.2 D1.3) or equivalent.
2 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
Experience with various materials such as carbon steel stainless steel and aluminum.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with material handling equipment (e.g. forklift overhead crane).
Proficiency in operating various metal fabrication tools (e.g. grinders saws drills).
Ability to interpret complex blueprints and engineering schematics.
Familiarity with quality control processes and basic inspection techniques.
