The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Supply Chain Managers. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection negotiation and contract management.
Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while supporting production schedules.
Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations including transportation warehousing and distribution.
Collaborate with production and sales teams to accurately forecast demand and align supply plans.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance driving continuous improvement in quality cost and delivery.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks developing contingency plans for business continuity.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role within a manufacturing environment.
Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning software.
Strong analytical negotiation and strategic planning skills with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing principles Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) or warehouse management system (WMS) implementations.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for supply chain analytics.
International sourcing and logistics experience particularly with global manufacturing partners.
