Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing operations.
Manage procurement of raw materials components and MRO items including supplier selection negotiation and performance.
Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels minimize obsolescence and support production schedules.
Direct inbound and outbound logistics warehousing and distribution activities for manufactured goods.
Collaborate with production sales and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier disruptions material shortages and logistics challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
Strong analytical negotiation and problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes inventory management and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with ERP system implementations (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
Demonstrated experience in international sourcing logistics or global supply chain management.
Proficiency with supply chain analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for data visualization and decision support.
