Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing operations.
  • Manage procurement of raw materials components and MRO items including supplier selection negotiation and performance.
  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels minimize obsolescence and support production schedules.
  • Direct inbound and outbound logistics warehousing and distribution activities for manufactured goods.
  • Collaborate with production sales and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including supplier disruptions material shortages and logistics challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
  • Strong analytical negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes inventory management and lean principles.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with ERP system implementations (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Demonstrated experience in international sourcing logistics or global supply chain management.
  • Proficiency with supply chain analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) for data visualization and decision support.
