Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Manage all aspects of procurement including supplier selection negotiation and relationship management.
Optimize inventory levels across raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
Oversee logistics warehousing and transportation operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Collaborate with production planning to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules and capacity.
Implement and monitor supply chain KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business or Engineering with 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing supply chain role.
Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and strong data analysis skills for forecasting inventory optimization and performance metrics.
Demonstrated experience in implementing Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies within a manufacturing supply chain.
Expertise in strategic sourcing supplier relationship management and managing complex inbound/outbound logistics.
Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced supply chain planning and optimization software (e.g. SAP APO Kinaxis O9 Solutions)
Demonstrated experience in international sourcing logistics and trade compliance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
