Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece inspections and make fine-tuning adjustments to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues during setup.
• Calibrate and test equipment to meet precise operational parameters.
• Document setup procedures parameters and any modifications made.
• Collaborate with production operators and engineers to optimize setup efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in machine setup adjustment and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints schechematics and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and quality control standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
