Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage equipment and tooling for production runs.

• Conduct first-piece inspections and verify setup accuracy to meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Document setup parameters tooling changes and equipment configurations.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve setup processes and reduce downtime.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers depth gauges).
• Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment setup and operational issues.
• Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and quality control standards.

Bonus Qualifications
