Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure production machinery and equipment for new jobs or changeovers.
• Install adjust and calibrate tooling fixtures and other machine components according to specifications.
• Perform first-piece inspections and ensure product quality meets established standards before production starts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues during setup to minimize downtime.
• Optimize machine parameters and settings to achieve desired production rates quality and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine malfunctions and process issues.
