Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup and changeovers for production runs according to specifications.
• Install adjust and calibrate tooling fixtures and equipment.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and obtain quality approvals before production starts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine and process issues during setup.
• Document setup parameters process adjustments and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize setup times and efficiency.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in setting up adjusting and operating manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings blueprints and schematics.
• Skilled in the use of various hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or industrial automation.
