Key Responsibilities

• Install configure and calibrate industrial robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic cells and automated machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical mechanical and software issues in robotic systems.
• Execute corrective repairs component replacements and system adjustments to restore functionality.
• Program teach and optimize robot paths and operational parameters for manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities repairs and system modifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve robot performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics Automation Mechatronics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in programming troubleshooting and maintaining industrial robotic systems (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs).
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and pneumatic components of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of industrial safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures specific to automated environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Proficiency in general programming languages (e.g. Python C) for scripting or data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and HMI development.
• Experience with CAD software for reviewing layouts or minor fixture design.
