Key Responsibilities

• Install configure and calibrate industrial robotic systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on robotic cells.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical mechanical and software malfunctions in robots.
• Repair or replace faulty robotic components and peripheral equipment.
• Program and teach new robot paths waypoints and operational sequences.
• Optimize robot performance for production efficiency and accuracy.
• Document all maintenance activities repairs and system modifications.
• Ensure all robotic operations comply with safety standards and protocols.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Robotics Mechatronics or Industrial Automation.
• Proven experience with industrial robots (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing robotic systems including electrical mechanical and software components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical pneumatic and mechanical schematics.
• Basic to intermediate robot programming and teach pendant operation skills.
• Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and their interface with robotic cells.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or C for advanced robot control or data acquisition.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet).
• Experience with CAD software or robot simulation tools.
