Key Responsibilities

Perform incoming in-process and final product inspections and tests.
Document inspection results non-conformances and quality data.
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Calibrate and maintain inspection measuring and test equipment.
Assist in maintaining quality management system documentation and procedures.
Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with specifications.
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing quality assurance or quality control role.
Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g. calipers micrometers gauges CMM).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and specifications.
Familiarity with quality control principles statistical process control (SPC) and problem-solving methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with CMM operation or programming.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. Minitab) for data analysis.
Internal audit experience or understanding of specific quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 AS9100).
Experience with calibration of measurement equipment.
