Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality control operations and personnel.
• Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Investigate non-conformances determine root causes and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
• Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g. ISO).
• Provide training and coaching to quality inspectors and production staff on quality protocols.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports on quality performance and trends.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment including supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead train and develop a team of quality professionals.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and problem-solving tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing Technology or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with specific QMS software (e.g. SAP QM MasterControl)
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles
• Multilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish)
