Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure all manufactured products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
Manage internal and external audit programs including supplier quality audits.
Monitor key quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership training and development for the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field.
7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/management roles within a manufacturing environment including leadership responsibilities.
Proven expertise in developing implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100).
Strong command of quality methodologies and tools such as SPC FMEA MSA Root Cause Analysis 8D Lean and Six Sigma.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced statistical process control expertise.
Demonstrated experience with digital quality management systems (DQMS) or Industry 4.0 quality initiatives.
Proven track record in global supplier quality development and auditing.
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. aerospace medical devices automotive).
Certification in Lean manufacturing principles or extensive experience leading Lean transformations.
