The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee all quality control processes from incoming materials to final product inspection.
Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage supplier quality performance through audits and continuous monitoring.
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs.
Manage train and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in developing implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g. SPC FMEA PPAP APQP Lean Six Sigma).
Strong leadership team management and interpersonal communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software or data analytics platforms.
Proven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) quality planning (e.g. APQP PPAP).
Lead Auditor certification for relevant industry standards (e.g. ISO 13485 AS9100).
