Salary Range: $94000 - $141000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Manage supplier quality including audits and performance monitoring.
Oversee all quality control activities including inspection testing and documentation.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and report on quality performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field.
5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16949 AS9100).
Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies (e.g. SPC FMEA PPAP 8D problem-solving).
Proven leadership and team development skills with experience managing quality personnel.
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience implementing digital quality management systems (DQMS) or advanced analytics for quality improvement
Proven ability to build and sustain a strong quality culture within an organization
Knowledge of specific industry regulatory standards (e.g. AS9100 IATF 16949 ISO 13485)
