Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
Lead internal and external quality audits ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Manage non-conformance processes root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality process efficiency and reduce waste.
Oversee supplier quality management including qualification performance monitoring and issue resolution.
Analyze quality data metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer expectations prior to release.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949).
Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing SPC and FMEA.
Proven leadership abilities in managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab R Python) for data analysis
Experience with AI/ML applications in quality control or predictive maintenance
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
