Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans schedules and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering production quality supply chain) to achieve project objectives.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
Monitor project progress report on key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities for project-related materials and services.
Ensure projects comply with industry regulations internal policies and customer specifications.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production lifecycles and supply chain.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Lean Six Sigma).
Experience with project management software and manufacturing ERP systems.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules and cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for manufacturing operations.
Experience with CAD software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
Working knowledge of specific manufacturing processes (e.g. injection molding CNC machining automation).
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
