Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
Manage project budgets resources (personnel equipment materials) and timelines effectively.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks particularly those related to production supply chain and quality.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production procurement and quality assurance.
Ensure all project deliverables adhere to manufacturing standards quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
Communicate project status challenges and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
PMP certification or a recognized equivalent project management credential.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production lifecycles and quality control systems.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Jira) and methodologies (e.g. Lean Agile).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for project tracking and resource management.
Experience managing projects involving automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. ISO FDA GMP) relevant to the manufacturing sector.
