Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans including scope objectives schedules and resource requirements for manufacturing initiatives.

Identify assess and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Communicate project status issues and successes to stakeholders including senior management and clients.
Ensure all manufacturing projects comply with industry standards safety regulations and quality requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience leading complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality assurance principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering operations quality).
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Agile Lean) and relevant software.
Strong analytical problem-solving and risk management skills specific to manufacturing projects.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
Experience with specific manufacturing ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex)
Technical degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial)
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD)
