Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards (e.g. ISO GMP).
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in production planning scheduling and performance monitoring.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP or Oracle.
Bilingual fluency to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
Experience with automated manufacturing processes or robotics.
