Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to meet output quality and efficiency targets.
Manage train and develop production staff including performance evaluations and scheduling.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills including coaching and performance development.
Proficiency in production processes planning and quality control methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Experience with ERP or MES systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex)
Multilingual (e.g. Spanish Mandarin) to support a diverse workforce
Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement projects
