Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations to meet output targets and quality standards.
Manage train and schedule production staff fostering a productive work environment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control procedures.

Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes scheduling and quality control principles.
Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma).
Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or similar production management software.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Bilingual (e.g. Spanish/English)
Experience with automation or robotics in a manufacturing setting
