Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to ensure output targets and quality standards are met.
Manage train and schedule production staff fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Conduct quality checks identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing production with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Proven ability to lead motivate train and manage a production team effectively
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production equipment and quality control standards
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean 5S)
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to all safety regulations

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Plex)
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. English/Spanish)
Experience with advanced data analysis or reporting tools
