Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations ensuring production targets are met efficiently.
Manage train and develop production staff including performance evaluations and scheduling.

Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional improvement projects.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g. OSHA 30-hour) or quality certifications.
