Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and schedules are met.
Lead train and mentor production team members fostering a high-performance culture.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications and company standards.
Identify and resolve production issues equipment malfunctions and process bottlenecks.
Implement and enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe clean working environment.
Optimize production processes for efficiency cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes equipment and quality control principles.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g. 5S Kaizen).
Proven ability to enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Excellent problem-solving decision-making and interpersonal communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher.
Proficiency with ERP or MES systems beyond basic user functions.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish/English) to support a diverse workforce.
Experience leading process improvement or new product introduction projects.
