Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
Lead train and manage production personnel fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Analyze production data and metrics reporting performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing production environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes quality standards and production scheduling.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate train and manage a diverse team.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or demonstrated experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
Bilingual proficiency to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
Experience with advanced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA platforms.
Formal project management training or experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
