Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
Manage train and evaluate production line personnel including scheduling and performance reviews.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership and team management skills including coaching and development.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning quality control and safety protocols.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to optimize production and resolve issues.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and management.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
Bilingual proficiency especially in Spanish.
Relevant technical certifications or advanced safety training (e.g. OSHA 30).
Proven experience in training and mentoring production staff.
