Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and deadlines.
Manage train and develop production line personnel.

Track and report on key production metrics and performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production planning and scheduling.
Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards (e.g. ISO GMP).
Ability to analyze production data troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g. 5S Kaizen) or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency with specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring or coaching production staff for skill development.
Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
