Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to implement and drive continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Excellent planning organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in engineering operations management or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Demonstrated proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
