Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring adherence to quality standards safety protocols and production targets.
Manage train and mentor production staff fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious work environment.
Monitor production processes identify areas for improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health safety and environmental regulations within the production facility.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a production team.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes production planning and quality control standards.
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma).
Excellent problem-solving analytical and decision-making abilities.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Experience implementing or managing automation and robotics in a manufacturing environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
