Key Responsibilities

Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Design develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot process-related issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Analyze process data and metrics to identify trends opportunities for improvement and ensure process stability.
Develop and maintain process documentation including P&IDs SOPs and work instructions.
Ensure all processes comply with safety environmental and quality standards and regulations.
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to apply Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency with process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience with P&IDs PFDs and equipment design/specification.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen HYSYS Arena)
Experience with advanced statistical analysis tools or programming languages (e.g. JMP R Python)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Fluency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations
