Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency cost reduction and quality improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues and deviations.
Develop implement and document new manufacturing processes and procedures.
Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and improve performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process transfers.
Design and execute experiments to validate process changes and new technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2 years of experience in a manufacturing process engineering role.
Proficiency in process optimization techniques (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Demonstrated ability to analyze process data troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
Familiarity with process control systems P&IDs and manufacturing safety standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Experience with automation systems (PLCs SCADA) or robotics
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP R)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for manufacturing modules
CAD proficiency (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) for process layout and equipment design
