The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Direct and optimize all plant operations including production quality and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet output and efficiency targets.
Manage the plant budget control costs and oversee capital expenditures.
Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team across all plant departments.
Ensure strict adherence to safety environmental and quality control standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Recommended Qualifications

7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency productivity and cost reduction.
Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes quality systems (e.g. ISO) and safety regulations.
Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
MBA or other advanced business/operations degree
Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce or international operations
Proven experience leading successful digital transformation or significant automation initiatives
