Proven financial acumen including P&L management budget control and cost reduction strategies.
Exceptional leadership team building and communication skills with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IIoT)
Proficiency in a second language relevant to the operational region or workforce
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA Master's in Engineering Management)
