Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output quality and delivery targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage train and develop production staff fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage operational budgets identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
• Champion and enforce safety protocols and environmental regulations across the plant.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory management and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation robotics or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
