Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implement and monitor lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead train and mentor production teams fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety quality and productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards regulatory compliance and company policies across all manufacturing processes.
• Manage operational budgets analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
• Develop and execute production schedules coordinating with supply chain and logistics to ensure material availability and timely delivery.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability programs for production equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules optimize processes and ensure quality standards.
• Strong leadership team management and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT AI)
• Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) beyond basic user level
