Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic issues on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Install commission and calibrate new machinery or equipment as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and LOTO procedures during maintenance operations.
Document all maintenance activities repairs and parts used accurately.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (3-5 years) in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics blueprints and equipment manuals.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for complex machinery malfunctions.
Adherence to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
Proficiency in basic welding or fabrication techniques
Certification or experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
