Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Execute repairs overhauls and replacements of machine components.
Install align and commission new production machinery and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance repairs and inspections.
Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies during all work.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery (e.g. mechanical hydraulic pneumatic electrical systems).
3-5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role.
Technical degree vocational certification or completed apprenticeship in industrial maintenance or a related field.
Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols including LOTO procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming.
Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Welding and fabrication skills (e.g. MIG TIG).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
