The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
Repair and replace defective parts components or systems.
Install commission and test new machinery and production lines.
Inspect equipment for wear damage and adherence to specifications.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during repairs and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing repairing and maintaining industrial mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proven experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints schematics and equipment manuals.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Basic welding and fabrication skills.
Proficiency in reading electrical hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
