Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Diagnose troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions on production lines.
Install assemble and commission new industrial equipment and systems.
Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Complete accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery (mechanical hydraulic pneumatic electrical).
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols including LOTO procedures.
Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and minor programming.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
Basic welding and fabrication skills for repair and modification tasks.
