The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Execute preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Install calibrate and commission new production lines and machinery.
Read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints for repairs and installations.
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
Document all maintenance activities repairs and parts used accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in diagnosing repairing and maintaining industrial mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance mechanics or a related field

Bonus Qualifications

Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial robotics or PLCs.
Certification or experience in advanced diagnostic techniques (e.g. vibration analysis thermal imaging).
Welding and fabrication skills (e.g. MIG TIG).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
