The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Newaygo that are seeking Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Execute emergency repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.
Install commission and relocate new and existing manufacturing equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
Adhere to all safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

3 years of experience in industrial maintenance preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals.
Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other industrial safety protocols.
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance electrical or mechanical fields.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and logic modification.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication (MIG TIG Stick).
HVAC certification or extensive experience with industrial HVAC systems.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) administration or optimization.
