The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and machinery parts.
Install calibrate and test new production equipment and modify existing setups.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment including PLC-controlled machinery.
Minimum of 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints.
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and practices in an industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial controls.
Proficiency in welding fabrication or machining skills.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience maintaining robotics or automated manufacturing equipment.
HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
