Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issues.
Execute repairs and replacements of defective parts components and systems.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production line stoppages.
Install commission and relocate new manufacturing equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and parts used.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor programming adjustments.
Ability to interpret technical documents such as blueprints schematics and equipment manuals.
Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with CMMS software (e.g. SAP PM Maximo)
Welding (MIG/TIG) and fabrication skills
PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting experience
HVAC or refrigeration certification
